VibeUp has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, and any content or conduct that harms, exploits, or endangers a minor.
We review reports, remove violating content, take enforcement action against offending accounts, preserve relevant information where appropriate, and report matters to competent authorities or child-protection organizations when required by applicable law.
1. Scope and Age Requirement
These Child Safety Standards apply to the VibeUp Android application and all related services, collectively referred to as the “Service.”
The Android package identifier is:
com.vibeup.app
These standards apply to all users and all content, communications, and interactions available through VibeUp, including:
- live streams;
- live rooms;
- voice-chat rooms;
- video or audio interactions;
- public room messages;
- private messages;
- comments and reactions;
- user profiles;
- profile images and uploaded media;
- room titles and room covers;
- virtual-gift interactions; and
- any other user-generated content or social interaction.
VibeUp is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
A person under the age of 18 may not create, access, or use a VibeUp account.
The age restriction does not reduce our responsibility to investigate and take action whenever content, behavior, or an account may involve, exploit, or endanger a minor.
We may restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user is under 18 or has misrepresented their age.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
VibeUp strictly prohibits the following content and conduct.
Child Sexual Abuse Material
Users must not create, upload, broadcast, transmit, request, possess, distribute, sell, exchange, link to, promote, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material, commonly referred to as CSAM.
This prohibition includes:
- photographs or videos depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor;
- live-streamed sexual abuse or exploitation;
- sexual audio involving a minor;
- screenshots, recordings, illustrations, animations, or other representations that depict or promote child sexual abuse;
- computer-generated, artificial intelligence-generated, digitally altered, or manipulated content that sexualizes or appears to depict the sexual exploitation of a minor; and
- links, instructions, access information, or coded references intended to help others locate CSAM.
Sexual Exploitation or Sexualization of Minors
Users must not sexually exploit, sexualize, encourage, or facilitate the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- live-streaming or transmitting the sexual abuse of a minor;
- sexually soliciting a minor;
- asking a minor to perform sexual acts;
- trafficking or attempting to traffic a minor;
- sextortion, blackmail, threats, or coercion involving sexual content;
- offering money, virtual currency, virtual gifts, services, or other benefits in exchange for sexual content or sexual activity involving a minor;
- sexual comments, descriptions, fantasies, or role-play involving a minor; and
- creating or participating in live or voice rooms intended to sexualize or exploit minors.
Grooming and Predatory Behavior
Users must not groom or attempt to groom a minor for sexual purposes.
This includes:
- building trust with a minor for sexual exploitation;

- nude or sexually suggestive images;
- sexual videos;
- sexual audio recordings;
- sexual live streams;
- sexual messages;
- private contact information for sexual purposes; or
- any other sexual or exploitative content.
This prohibition applies even if the user claims that the content is consensual, private, temporary, or intended as a joke.
A minor cannot legally or validly consent to sexual exploitation.
Endangering or Identifying a Minor
Users must not share, request, expose, or misuse personal information in a way that could identify, locate, threaten, exploit, harass, or endanger a minor.
This may include:

Age and Identity Misrepresentation
Users must not:
- misrepresent their age to gain inappropriate access to a minor;
- impersonate a minor for exploitative purposes;
- impersonate another person to target or manipulate a minor;
- encourage a minor to misrepresent their age;
- help a person under 18 create or maintain a VibeUp account; or
- knowingly allow a minor to use an adult’s account.
Promotion or Facilitation
Users must not support, encourage, normalize, glorify, instruct, coordinate, conceal, or facilitate any child sexual abuse or exploitation.
This includes:
- defending or praising child sexual exploitation;
- sharing methods for avoiding detection;
- helping another person obtain or distribute CSAM;
- operating or promoting groups, live rooms, voice rooms, profiles, or accounts dedicated to exploitative content;
- using coded language or symbols to facilitate exploitation; and
- failing to stop or report exploitation while actively assisting the offending conduct.
3. How to Report a Concern
Users can report suspected child safety violations through the Report function wherever it is available in VibeUp.
Reports may be submitted from areas such as:
- a user profile;
- a live-streaming room;
- a voice-chat room;
- a public message;
- a private conversation;
- a comment;
- a piece of uploaded content; or
- another applicable interaction.
Select the most relevant report reason, such as:
- Underage User;
- Child Safety;
- Sexual Content;
- Nudity;
- Harassment;
- Exploitation;
- Dangerous Behavior; or
- Other.
Provide enough factual information to help us locate and review the concern.
Where available, include:
- the relevant VibeUp user ID;
- username or display name;
- room ID;
- live-stream ID;
- message or content identifier;
- date and approximate time;
- a brief factual description of what occurred; and
- any other information that may help identify the account or content.
You may also report a concern by emailing our child safety contact:
Use the recommended subject line:
VibeUp Child Safety Report
Do Not Redistribute Suspected CSAM
Do not download, save, record, screenshot, copy, forward, upload, email, or attach suspected CSAM.
Instead, report the relevant account, room, message, or content identifiers.
Redistributing suspected CSAM may cause further harm and may violate applicable law.
When contacting us, provide identifiers and a factual description rather than attaching the suspected content.
Immediate Danger
If you believe that a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services, law enforcement, or an appropriate child-protection authority first.
Do not rely solely on an in-app report when urgent intervention may be necessary.
4. Our Response and Enforcement
When VibeUp receives a child safety report or otherwise becomes aware of a potential violation, we may review:
- the reported account;
- profile and registration information;
- reported live-stream or voice-room activity;
- public or private messages;
- uploaded content;
- moderation and enforcement history;
- transaction or virtual-gift activity relevant to the investigation;
- device, network, and technical information where appropriate; and
- other contextual records reasonably necessary to investigate the concern.
Depending on the findings, severity, and applicable law, we may:
- remove violating content;
- end or restrict a live stream or voice-chat room;
- disable audio, video, messaging, gifting, or other functions;
- restrict access to particular content or features;
- issue a warning;
- temporarily suspend an account;
- permanently terminate an account;
- prevent or limit repeat account creation or access;
- preserve relevant information for safety investigations;
- cooperate with competent authorities;
- report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to an appropriate reporting organization or authority; and
- take other steps reasonably necessary to protect users and the Service.
We may take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to:
- protect a minor;
- prevent further harm;
- stop ongoing exploitation;
- preserve relevant evidence;
- comply with applicable law; or
- protect the safety and integrity of VibeUp.
Serious child safety violations may result in permanent account termination without warning.
Attempts to evade enforcement, including creating replacement accounts, using another person’s account, or changing device or account information, may result in additional restrictions.
5. Cooperation With Authorities
VibeUp complies with applicable child safety, reporting, preservation, and law-enforcement requirements.
We may respond to valid legal requests and cooperate with:
- law-enforcement agencies;
- courts;
- child-protection authorities;
- regulatory bodies;
- legally recognized child-safety reporting organizations; and
- other competent authorities.
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we may take the reporting, account-restriction, content-removal, and record-preservation steps required by applicable law.
We may preserve relevant account and content information for the period required or permitted by law, including where necessary to support an investigation or legal process.
Nothing in these standards limits our ability to make a voluntary report where we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary to protect a child or prevent serious harm and where such reporting is permitted by law.
6. Privacy and Report Handling
We limit access to child safety reports and related information to employees, reviewers, service providers, legal advisers, and authorities who need the information for purposes such as:
- report review;
- content moderation;
- safety investigations;
- account enforcement;
- fraud and abuse prevention;
- user support;
- legal compliance; and
- cooperation with competent authorities.
We take reasonable measures designed to protect child safety reports and related information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
We retain relevant information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- child safety and user protection;
- investigation and enforcement;
- evidence preservation;
- preventing repeat violations;
- responding to legal claims or disputes; and
- compliance with applicable law.
To protect users, preserve investigations, and respect the privacy and legal rights of others, we may not be able to disclose:
- specific investigation methods;
- internal evidence;
- confidential reports;
- the identity of another reporting user;
- information provided by authorities;
- enforcement details concerning another account; or
- whether a report was submitted to a particular authority.
Where appropriate, we may inform a reporting user that a report has been reviewed, but we are not required to provide detailed investigation or enforcement information.
